Insecure Property Abroad

The cheapest square meters in the sea

Where can you buy a house from the sea?

The cheapest real estate is sold in low-economies. But I don't think the Russians, who used to at least the minimum comfort, would go to Zimbabwe just because the house in the African province could be bought for $100. Still, most of us dream of a modest house or apartment somewhere on the coast near civilization. Let's see in which countries it's cheaper to buy housing than in millions of cities in Russia.

Thailand

Thailand is very demanding among our compatriots as a popular destination for recreation, dunschifting and emigration, as it can be bragged by good beaches, diversity of entertainment, accessible and quality service. Summer here is a year round (closing eyes on the rainy season), the local population is friendly and welcoming, and life is cheaper than in Russia. For $18,000, $20,000, you can buy a single room in Patty, 100 metres from the beach. And it's not a concrete box in the bedroom area, it's an apartment in a new modern swimming pool with a pool, a guard, a pit, a laundry and a view at sea.

Philippines

The Philippines is a fabulous island where, contrary to stereotyping, it is possible to purchase an apartment for money. If you find it well, the Philippines can find prestigious real property on the coast, which is much cheaper than European analogs. A single private apartment in the capital of the Philippines, Manila, in a skyscraper with a simplic lobster, a cigar room, bars and restaurants, is worth $46,000. It could be that there's a housing pool on the roof of the building. The Philippines ' distance from Russia guarantees very few compatriots if it is a decisive factor for the purchase.

Egypt

Egypt is now manipulating Russians much less than a year ago, but low-cost housing on the Red Sea is not losing its attractiveness. Moreover, Egypt ' s own real estate will not refuse to rest on the favoured resort, regardless of the policy or price of the tour operators. The price of real estate in the country of the Pharaohs is now starting from $8,000 for a small single apartment in the newly built Hurgada region. And a bigger apartment, better, with a view to the pool and a private beach, sells $18,000, which is also very good. The purchase of real property in Egypt is as easy as possible and requires the buyer only to have a foreign passport. Egypt offers great recreational and business opportunities through the constant flow of foreign tourists.
