Real estate owners in Spain need to know what taxes they must pay under the country ' s law, how much public payments and living in the country are for food, transport and communications.
In Spain, one of the most favourable conditions for renting real property is, however, it is important to take into account the delicateness of the contract between the lessee and the party relationship owner.
