Real estate owners in Spain need to know what taxes they must pay under the country ' s law, how much public payments and living in the country are for food, transport and communications.

In Spain, one of the most favourable conditions for renting real property is, however, it is important to take into account the delicateness of the contract between the lessee and the party relationship owner. If it was not possible to stay in the country for long periods, it would be advisable to conclude a contract with the administering company to maintain the site and search for potential tenants. However, there are some " underwater stones " related to tax law that are also important to be taken into account in re-selling property.

Taxes, payments, utilities

The real property tax per year is 0.52 per cent of the inventory value of housing, which is about 10 to 15 times less than the market.

The residents of the collective area of apartheid (general staircase, basement, yard) will have to pay me 300-500 per year for the maintenance of the territory.
